Cold weather and darker days make everything seem a little more negative, however we are so far past the longest night and spring is in the air. Seeing the earlier spring blooms is such a positive reminder that we are heading towards spring!
Next time you are on the mat, start your yoga session (in studio or at home) with 3 positives

💕Happy Valentine day all

Just wanted to share some days it’s hard to love yourself the world we live in currently. Especially the trope of what is seen as healthy and the pressure to fit the stereotype.

So today - love yourself as you'd love another. The love we feed especially to our minds is the best love of all. Don’t judge be kind and see the beauty in all.

❤️I am worthy of love —
especially the love I give myself.

🧡My body deserves kindness,
gentleness, and deep respect.

💛I accept who I am today,
while blooming into who I’m becoming.

💚I am allowed to take up space,
to exist fully and freely.
