Who or what I can Reiki.

You’ve seen this pattern before… 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲?

This is 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 — an ancient pattern of overlapping circles found in sacred temples… and 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

Look closely and you’ll see it mirrored in our 𝗗𝗡𝗔, in the way our 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲, in the spirals of 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 , in 𝘀𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀, and even in the structure of 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘀.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝘁 or 𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 — 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.

So what does this mean for healing?
When life feels heavy, stressed, or out of balance, it’s often because we’ve drifted from this natural harmony. 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒖𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒏 — 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆, 𝒄𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆.

Next time you see this pattern, let it remind you:
𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

1. 𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐘-This fairy brings healing laughter, calm and inner peace wherever she goes.
2.𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐁𝐎𝐖 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐘-uplifts energy instantly, often by using an original and way out style that surprises and delights people.
3.𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐉𝐀 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐘- suddenly appears out of nowhere when people least expect it, to save the day. Can be a bit grumpy.
4. 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐑 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐘 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒-wades in, rolls up her sleeves and gets the job done, however tricky the situation. Lots of action, few words.
5. 𝐍𝐀𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐘 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐘- rarely seen by day, the Naughty Night Fairy appears as a life-saving stranger, who disappears into the night as quickly as they arrived

Life goes quicker than ever you’ll know
The years just rush past, with nowhere to go,
The end of my days are coming, it’s true,
So I wanted to share some wisdom with you.

Climb that mountain, do not wait
Make a dream real before it’s too late
Only today counts, so do it today
Do not let anything stand in your way.

Tell those you love that you love them today
Give them a hug, while things are OK,
Give them a gift, even if it is small,
It’s better than giving nothing at all.

Look after yourself, your health, your well-being,
You’ve only one life in this body I’m seeing,
Don’t beat yourself up, Don’t think that you’ll fail,
If you do, you will only chase your own tail.

Do what makes you happy, live your best every day
Protect your peace, be kind all the way,
Do not grumble, for things could be worse
See the light in each moment, life’s a gift not a curse.
