Mon premier cours collectif de bols tibétains en France ! Après une période de confinement et de restrictions, quel plaisir de rencontrer à nouveau des gens et d'échanger sur les bols chantants et la méditation. 
Merci beaucoup d'avoir été présents durant cette retraite méditative à la campagne, loin du stress urbain. Un pur moment de bonheur pour se reconnecter à la nature et apprécier le moment présent. Et bien-sûr, un énorme merci à pour m'avoir invitée à cette occasion. 
De nombreuses personnes m'ont demandé comment fortifier son chakra du cœur :

*ACCEPTER*: accepter que nous sommes tous différents mais uniques. Ne laissons pas des paroles blessantes nous faire douter de qui nous sommes réellement.

*AIMER*: apprendre à aimer soi- même pour pouvoir aimer autrui.

*SOURIRE*: sourire à la vie, et exprimer sa gratitude pour tout ce que nous possédons aujourd'hui. Rien n'est éternel, donc profitons de chaque instant présent !

My first singing bowls class in France! Such a pleasure to meet people and to discuss on singing bowls and meditation after a period of lockdown and restrictions.
Thank you very much for being present during this meditative retreat in the countryside, far from urban stress. A pure moment of happiness to reconnect with nature and appreciate the present moment. And of course, a huge thank you to for inviting me to this occasion.
Many people have asked me how to strengthen their heart chakra:

*ACCEPT*: accept that we are all different but unique. Don't be influenced by hurtful words and doubt who you really are.

*LOVE*: learn to love yourself in order to love others.

During my quarantine and lockdown, I was really missing spending time outside in nature.
Fortunately, we are allowed to spend one hour per day outside during the lockdown. These sixty minutes have never been so refreshing and relaxing.
I had been in Hong Kong for such a long time that I forgot what autumn was. How the dried leaves sound when I walk. How the fresh wind makes me awake. How the sound of the birds bring me to a meditative state.
Nature is such a good medicine. Close your eyes in nature, breathe deeply, listen to the sounds around you, feel the wind blowing... And you will be recharged.
Please treasure our planet and stop polluting it.
Since I am in France now, I will start to write in English and in French from now on.

Durant ma quarantaine et confinement, être au contact de la nature m'à vraiment manqué.
Heureusement, nous avons le droit de sortir une heure par jour during le confinement. Ces soixante minutes n'ont jamais été aussi rafraîchissantes et relaxantes.
J'ai été à Hong Kong pendant tellement longtemps que j'ai oublié ce qu'est l'automne. Le son des feuilles mortes sous mes pas. Le vent frais qui me réveille. Le chant des oiseaux qui m'emmène dans un état de méditation.
La nature est un bon remède. Fermez vos yeux dans la nature, respirez longuement, écoutez les sons autour de vous, sentez le vent qui souffle... Et vous serez en forme.
Prenons soin de notre planète et arrêtons de la polluer.

As some of you may know, I am leaving Hong Kong. I do not realise it yet, as I was still doing a singing bowl meditation two days ago at and . 
During the past year, I had the chance to meet incredible people that I respect and admire from the bottom of my heart. I honor their selfishness, compassion and positivity. Their presence can already make me calm and peaceful. They remind me that life can be a joyful and playful journey. Some already know it, some don't even remember me. But it is ok. Thank you for being part of my journey. No matter what happens, I am grateful that our roads have crossed and that you inspired me.
I will also take the opportunity to thank my clients and my business partners. nhale .hkg . Thank you for trusting me and giving me the chance. I hope that I was able to help you to relax and bring you positive vibes. 
One year ago, my dream was to become a full time healer and to spend my time helping others. Thanks to you, my dream came true. I really enjoyed chatting with you and sharing my passion. Thank you for your comments, either positive or negative, you helped me to become a better version of myself. I cannot express how grateful I am for meeting you and being part of my journey.
Lastly, I am grateful for my family and also all the friends I met in Hong Kong. Thank you for growing up with me and always supporting me. Special thanks to for being my marketing and PR adviser. And also my IG teacher. She is very creative and gifted, so please reach her out if you need someone to manage your social media.
It feels a bit nosy to thank all these people, but I do believe that being grateful is the best reminder that we are all lucky in a certain way. Life has presented us many gifts, it is just up to us to grab them or not. 
I promised myself that I would not leave Hong Kong with tears of sadness. But with tears of happiness for all these memories.

I love diving. It feels like I am in another world, at peace and enjoying the silence of the sea. Diving by itself is already a meditative experience for me.
Ocean Park had just launched new experiences, from meditation, yoga to fitness. I am grateful to be part of this event as a singing bowls meditation instructor. 
Today, I did my first session and it was one of the best classes I have ever given. The Grand Aquarium is very quiet and perfect for meditation. The sounds and vibrations of the bowls resonated well in this location. And looking at the fish swimming is so relaxing.

The social distancing rules have been softened. I was so happy to be finally able to organise a group meditation and to meet people.
Thank you Société Générale (Freediving and Mindfulness SG Staff Club) for inviting me. Such a nice way for the staff to relax and meditate during lunchtime.
Several studies have proved that meditation can help to reduce stress, control anxiety, lengthens attention spans, improve sleep… Offering meditation classes to employees can help them to reduce stress and unlock their full potential. This may also enable them to be more focused, productive and creative.

It was my pleasure and honor to be a coach at .nhale. During my reiki meditation and sound bath classes, I met so many clients that came with anxiety and stress. And left the class with a smile. I felt very lucky to bring them joy and inner peace.
I also met gifted coaches and I was happy to be part of the Enhale family. Unfortunately, this meditation center decided to close. The coronavirus made it hard to continue its operation.
Good things have an end, but I believe this is an end for a better beginning.
I will continue to teach at Enhale until the end of the month. Please join me for reiki meditation or sound bath healing. You can also message me if you would like to continue your meditation practise in another location.

It is Sunday evening, the weekend is almost over. Thinking of going to work on Monday gives you a headache and a stomach pain. Don't let the Sunday night syndrome take control of you!
Come for a singing bowl meditation with Stephanie. Singing bowls have strong healing properties, such as releasing stress, anxiety and negative emotions. Reiki healing & singing bowls

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is an alternative healing, rediscovered at the end of the 19th century by Dr. Usui. Reiki does not have any relationship with any religion or spiritual movement. It is a technique that is neutral and is using the energy of the Universe, the energy that exists around us.

Reiki means in Japanese 'Universal Energy' or 'Universal Life force'. Healing with energy is a principle known for centuries. Our body is regulated by an energy flow, called Qi in Chinese, Ki in Japanese or Prana in Hindi.

If the energy is not circulating properly, it may be due to an excess or deficiency of energy. These blockages are the root of a lot of issues that we may face in a daily basis: back pain, headache, fatigue, bad digestion, insomnia…
