The mental health benefits of exercising regularly are just as important as their physical counterparts. Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety and ADHD. It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and generally boosts your mood.

How do you manage stress?
It may be the single greatest underlying factor when it comes to disease and poor health in general. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to combat it.
In the long term, we can make changes to our lifestyles such as eating better, exercising more often, spending more time with the people we care about and living a balanced life where we also find time for ourselves.
In the moment that stress rears its ugly head, doing some breathing techniques (or even just taking a deep breath), a quick meditation or simply removing ourselves from the stressful situation while we pull ourselves together can all make a huge difference!

While it may not seem as obvious as the first four, this is definitely one of the most important questions to ask your personal trainer. In this field and almost all others, being able to build a personal relationship with your associates that is based on shared morals & values and a similar worldview will drastically improve your chances of success and ensure that time spent on your chosen activity will be more enjoyable.
Obviously, you don’t have to agree with everything other people say.

In fact, respectful discussions and arguments are a great way to expand your horizons and open up to the idea that being different is OK. But it’s also true to say that most of us would prefer to avoid neo-nazis, psychopaths and religious extremists. Outside of those types, just about everyone is fair game.
