When I feel that I need to take utmost care of myself, it starts in the morning with a good breakfast.
~ I drink a fresh ginger and turmeric infusion with a pinch if pepper
~ Two slices of seedful gluten-free bread with an oilseed paste ( ) Cashew is my favorite! 😉
~ A mindfuel porridge ( )
~ Some orange slices
