Kicking off November with a beautiful guided meditation centered on release and renewal, perfectly aligned with the spirit of autumn. 🍂✨ Just as the leaves fall to the ground, we too can let go of stress, anxiety, and judgment, creating space for light, love, and peace to flourish in our lives. This marks a fresh start, a new beginning on our journeys.

We followed the meditation with our usual journaling session, this time envisioning ourselves as our higher selves, writing letters to our current selves. It was a powerful opportunity to offer words of encouragement and praise for how far we've come. As we shared our insights, we deepened our connection with each other, closing the session with heartfelt sharing moments. Grateful for this time of reflection and renewal! 💖

27/10/2024 - Manifesting your dreams

Last Sunday was an inspiring journey as we came together for a beautiful meditation on manifesting our dreams! ✨🧘‍♀️ We immersed ourselves in visualizing our dream lives and envisioning how our daily routines can align with our goals. Following the meditation, we had a creative journaling session where we expressed ourselves through drawings and descriptions, truly embracing the connection between our inner visions and our outer realities.

The highlight of the day was the one-card tarot reading, where we received profound guidance from our higher selves and the universe. This added an extra layer of insight, helping us to better understand our paths.

You are the artist, the architect and the creator of your life. You are powerful. Remember that.

20/10/2024 - Living in the NOW

Last Sunday, we took a beautiful journey into the present moment by exploring our 5 senses. It was a profound experience that allowed us to truly connect with the world around us, what do we see, hear, smell, taste and touch. After indulging our senses, we dove into a journaling session, where we visualized how each sense could help us manifest our dream morning. It was incredible to see everyone get immersed in this creative exercise and open to share their experiences.

This session was special as I brought in the oracle deck by Rebecca Campbell. We called in the wisdom of Mother Rose, allowing her guidance to enhance our experience. Reading the oracle cards together, we tapped into our intuition, discovering insights that resonated deeply with each of us.

Thank you to everyone who joined me for this transformative experience. Your commitment and discipline in nurturing your practice truly inspire me to keep doing this meditation circle every Sunday. Sending you all love, light, and peace as we continue this journey together!
