2024 was filled with wisdom and reflection around how I can best help and guide my clients through their healing journey. I have felt inspired by you all and created those comprehensive healing journeys.
I first created one at the beginning of last year but felt like something was missing so I didn’t really promote or speak about it.
Now it finally feels complete and aligned with my vision 😌✨🤍

Feeling accomplished as we are closing off a beautiful year journeying and learning how to connect deeply with the energy of Reiki by certifying as reiki masters ❤️‍🔥✨
Reiki came into my life at the perfect time in January this year and helped me embrace and balance my feminine energy which also helped balance the masculine in me too.
It has showed me how to surrender, and that there is a whole universe at work to support me and that all I need to do is to is simply ask its help when I need it.
It showed me that I am not alone on this path of supporting others, that I am safe, and that I can lean on to this energy whenever I need to 🤍

Reiki has also been incredibly powerful for self healing!
Using it for myself has been truly empowering as I no longer been needing to see different practitioners on a monthly basis to help my body recover from the long weeks of deep sessions with my clients.

I am so excited to officially start offering Reiki sessions from February 2025 alongside my hypnotherapy. Working on the mind and the body has been my vision for a long time now and it’s finally there 🙌🏼

Thank you to my wonderful friend for showing us the way into this beautiful practice. I cannot recommend her enough if you wish to learn reiki!

A reminder that wherever you are on your healing path it will get better 🤍
🌱healing is an ongoing journey of self discovery not a quick fix. 🙏🏼
It may feel worse before it gets better and this is because when we start the releasing process of trauma, trapped emotions and reprogramming the mind it will create an opening for more to come up to the surface.
It may also be the case that it takes some time for your body and mind to recalibrate and integrate the new version of you.
