Cette reconnaissance est le fruit de toutes les personnes qui nous soutiennent depuis le début — amis, partenaires, et surtout les rares producteurs de thé bio avec lesquels nous travaillons en direct à Wazuka, Kyoto! C’est avant tout leur travail et leur engagement.

Je suis profondément reconnaissante et honorée par cette opportunité💚

À travers des Macha Masterclasses, des dégustations et des événements, je continue à créer des liens (Musubi 結び) et à faire découvrir un matcha bio d’exceptionen France et en Europe, dans le respect de son origine et de sa culture.

This recognition belongs to everyone who has supported us along the way — friends, partners, and above all, the organic tea farmer in Wazuka, Kyoto, we work with directly. This is their dedication and craftsmanship. I’m deeply grateful and honored for this opportunity.

Through masterclasses, tastings, and events, i will continue to connect people and share the highest-quality organic matcha with France and Europe — quietly, sincerely, and with respect for its origin.

Matcha Genmaicha
1. Whisk 1 g of matcha with a small amount of hot water.
2. Infuse 1.5–2 g of genmaicha with 180 ml of water at 90°C for 30–60 seconds.
3. Pour the genmaicha into the matcha. Mix gently.

1. Fouetter 1 g de matcha avec un peu d’eau chaude.
2. Infuser 1,5–2 g de genmaicha dans 180 ml d’eau à 90 °C pendant 30–60 secondes.
3. Verser le genmaicha dans le matcha et mélanger doucement.

Janvier💚✨pas mal de projets de matcha en cours….

Et au milieu, je reçois des messages par mes amis
«J’ai vu ton livre en librairie!», aussi mon fils tombant par hasard sur mon livre en magasin! Je voulais aussi dire merci à celles et ceux qui ont pris le temps d’écrire un avis, de partager leurs mots🙏

Ce mois-ci mes activités développement à Milan, un objectif que je portais depuis le lancement de . J’ai hâte de continuer à créer des liens, à travers le matcha✨

January, several projects are going on…

And in the middle of it all, I receive messages from friends saying, “I found your book in a bookstore,” or my son found my book by chance and smiling with joy🥰

I would like to take a time to say thank you to everyone who took the time to write a review and share their feedbacks!

This month also marks an important milestone, with long-awaited masterclasses and catering events in Milan.
I’m looking forward to what’s ahead, and to continuing to connect through matcha.

Snow always quiets my mind, this stillness feels close to matcha. In Japan, stillness is part of beauty.
Silence 静寂 (Seijyaku) is not empty, it is something to be felt and shared. I enjoyed the moment, looking at snow, slowly whisking usucha 薄茶 today.

La neige apaise toujours mon esprit, et ce silence me rapproche du matcha.
Au Japon, le calme fait partie de la beauté.
Le silence 静寂 (seijaku) n’est pas vide, il se ressent et se partage.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai savouré ce moment : regarder la neige et préparer lentement un usucha 薄茶.

謹賀新年 Happy new year💚✨

Je vous souhaite la douce et merveilleuse année! Cette année, je continuerai bien sûr à partager et transmettre la vraie beauté du matcha. À travers mes masterclasses, je souhaite offrir un moment de calme, de présence et de connexion à soi, inspiré de la philosophie japonaise du matcha.

En 2026, mes activités autour du matcha s’étendront au-delà de Paris, notamment à Milan. J’ai hâte de faire grandir cette aventure et de vous rencontrer quelque part, autour d’un bol de Usucha 薄茶.
