1. Use our face mask as a daily cleanser, just mix with a bit of water and use soft circular motions to remove impurities. Use it twice a week as a mask for a deep, soothing clean
2. Use face and body balm as a moisturizer (just a dime-sized amount will do) and then dab another bit onto your elbows, the heel of your foot, and other areas that need some TLC 💚

Right on the west coast of Ireland, near Galway, is where the sea moss is dried and then ground to a fine powder either for consumption or to be added to our beauty products - all natural, no added chemicals or preservatives. 🌱✨

I loved traveling to the west coast of Ireland and getting to know the farmers we work with. It is here that I discovered Irish moss and purchased a few hand harvested products.
I loved taking the bus there and gazing out at the beautiful scenery 🌱
