I declare 2026 the year of single static posts and long captions! Instagram will not take the blogger out of me 🤚🏼

2025 was a roller coaster of joys and achievements and big decisions and I loved every bit of it. the clarity I found within myself was so very welcome and we have therefore decided to go back to Aus earlier than planned!

I am so excited to start my Aussie nat career, just as I am launching my French nat website and business. this should be an interesting combination (and lots of paperwork since I seem to attract it)

those past 6 months in my home country with my childhood friends and my family were so fun, exciting, interesting and challenging at times. everything falls into place and I trust divine timing even more than before

health wise, I vow to 👏🏼 move 👏🏼 more and to show my body and future self lots of love and respect by lifting weights and going on nice long walks and stretching

that's about it, the rest I've somewhat got it covered and we all know what happens to too many new year resolutions

take care and take your supps xx

hard launching the 🤌🏼 new haircut ✨ AND providing a feast for your eyes

I was going to write a long caption about the paradox of being so attached to food and having to live away from my home cuisine to finally develop a healthy relationship with it but I'd rather leave it at : me love food

the end of an era ☄️

in 2018, Jack and I were travelling around VIC + SA when I told him "I think I want to be a naturopath", "what's a naturopath" he asked, to which I replied "I don't know but that's what I'm told" — one of those strong intuitive moments, where things crash onto my head and don't leave any choice but pursuing those endeavours (pun intended)

started in 2020 on a student visa, studying full time and working part time, I picked up many hobbies, planned many gateways trips and had the time to doodle my way through my biology and chemistry lessons. I had little friends and that was probably for the best

I went through pregnancy, early motherhood, postpartum depression and a year of half solo parenting while studying. always dozens of tabs open, both on my laptop and on my mind, being a student was part of my personality for over half a decade

2025 — I am a permanent resident, a mother, officially (or close to be) a naturopath

no longer a student, richer of many friends and discussions I shared with beautiful women, I am slowly closing this chapter of my life

I am so incredibly proud of myself and all my girls. we made it

although he appears on none of these photos (and will not read this), one of the pillars of my life through this journey was Jack. he always made time for me to study, supported me mentally, emotionally + financially, believed in me when I doubted, daydreamed of our life after I'd be done, worked so hard, often in silence to allow me to do it all. he is the love of my short life and the many years to come

I am so humble to have been able to help many souls who trusted me with their health and their struggles. I cherish every interactions and improvements and I vow to do my best to assist many more people along the way. today is about my achievements but really, this career is a dedication to others and I strive to honour this promise

it is estimated that, of all people who had COVID, 5% live with long COVID. fatigue, weakness and hair loss are just a few out of 200 reported symptoms.

other viral respiratory infections (the flu, RSV, adenovirus) impact hundreds of thousands of people in Australia each year, with risks of developing chronic infections.

adaptogens can be a part of the prevention and treatment of these illnesses.
