📌The identification of the deficiency of IL36 receptor antagonist (DITRA) led to the first approval of a specific IL36-inhibitor in any human disease, which is GPP
📌Unsurprisingly for a monogenic disease characterized by a genetic heterogeneity, other targeted treatment algorithms are currently developed in this autoinflammatory disease

📌IL36RN was the key to understanding the pathogenesis of GPP, but does not explain everything
