Learning Reiki is very simple and an ideal tool for individuals to increase their own healing abilities, to give healing to themselves and others and restore harmony and balance where needed. It is a holistic therapy and works for the highest good and Reiki I can be learnt in 1 day. There are three stages to Reiki – Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki III. On completion of Level III the recipient will become a Reiki Master Teacher and qualified to teach Reiki to others.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a specific pressure technique applied to the feet which has it’s roots in the ancient civilizations of Egypt and China. It works on the principle that all the organs of the body are mapped in miniature on the feet and hands. It works to bring the body into equilibrium by balancing the 9 major systems within the body, with all conditions benefitting from Reflexology. The first treatment will last approximately 90 minutes to allow time for a brief case history discussion. During the treatment the client will be asked to remove their shoes and socks and after a brief examination of the feet, the treatment will commence, this lasts about 45 minutes. ABOUT JO
