🔥Special acrobatics is a unique set of exercises within the Kadochnikov System of Physical Training.
The systematic training of special acrobatics exercises within this complex addresses the following challenges:
- the levels of movement control are explored, which are the basis for developing more complex motor skills;
- fear control is developed, meaning the practitioner learns to control their fear during various falls and slides;
- the skill of "smooth fit" on hard surfaces is developed, which is very important as a component of personal safety.
In addition, these skills serve as a basis for learning how to protect against various blows;
- special acrobatics develops agility and coordination skills;
- develops tactile analysis not only of the hands, but especially of the entire body;
- develops skills for safe falls and slides;
- the awareness of the ability to safely and quickly move to the lower level during attacks and defenses provides an additional (mostly unexpected) degree of freedom of movement;
- after all, special acrobatics exercises are a good set for developing full-body mobility and massaging it.
