All about Stephanie Snyder:
Stephanie is known for her practical application of yogic philosophy, conscientious alignment, and a reverent appreciation for the practice. She encourages students to walk the path along with her, attending courageously to their own experience and investigating how their gifts can be offered in service of others. Her down-to-earth, generous and loving classes are living labs for self-discovery, acceptance and truth. Stephanie teaches workshops, retreats and teacher trainings internationally. She is creator of the Yoga Journal DVD Yoga for Strength and Toning and she is a core teacher for yogaglo.com. Stephanie is also a founding board member for Headstand, a non-profit organization that brings yoga to at-risk youth.
