Yet another great event with our friends and fellow Novas from FounderNest, this time led by his Co-founder Felix Gonzalez Herranz.

A few weeks ago we launched that will allow Novas to hire other members, build an advisory board of experts, and look for the right investors via our trusted partner FounderNest, a matchmaking platform where the best entrepreneurs and VCs can find each other efficiently and transparently.

Yesterday we dug into our dedicated section within their marketplace and discovered how easy it is for our members to create their company profile and start looking for investors to fund their projects from seed to Series A, a delicate stage for every entrepreneur.

We also understood how the COVID-19 crisis is affecting fundraising and the best practices for startups to be appealing to investors even during this market situation.

Thank you to the 100+ members who joined from all over Europe, we look forward to the upcoming on Employment Relations, Cybersecurity and the Transformation of Companies.

Last week we had the opportunity to hold a webinar on remote working with Charlotte Ekelund, Co-founder & CEO of Teemly.net and Shahab Sayardoust, psychologist and Managing Partner at Omino Business Psychology Advisors.

Remote working has become a reality for most of the companies today due to COVID-19 and not all of them were prepared to face a situation like this, in fact, no one was.

During the webinar, we were able to learn the best ways to keep the team spirit in place, techniques that we can use to maintain that sense of human relations even from distance (understanding we are missing small-talk, gestures, eye-contact...) and how will the future of remote working look like after this crisis.

Comment faire plus avec moins ? Qu'ont en commun un traitement de la cataracte à 10$, une application permettant aux aveugles de voir ce qui est en face d'eux à un instant T, la Dacia Logan de Renault ? La High-tech est bien connue, mais avez-vous entendu parler la low-tech ?

Nous aborderons tous ces sujets lors du le 14 Mars prochain au CNIT où j'aurais la joie d'intervenir lors de la table ronde de l'après-midi : "Rendre vos organisations résilientes : comment l'entreprise redéfinit-elle aujourd'hui son rôle, son objet social pour le rendre compatible avec le bien commun ?" où notre CEO Charles Puybasset interviendra :)

Yesterday I had the chance to spend my whole day with our partners : ENGIE & AmCham France delving into in two different yet very complementary ways. Valérie Gaudart & Isabelle Kocher's societal open-innovation initiative "The People Lab" is a revolutionary approach at re-thinking how innovation is done, and what missions companies should have. Focused on user-centricity, and yesterday more specifically on the Silver Economy, it's an embodiment of what work will look like in a close future. Antoine Brachet is especially to congratulate on that too, as those labs are a logical continuity of all his activities within ecosystems.

The day continued with a super interesting conversation with four key actors when it comes to how we work, who we work with and where we work. I had the chance of moderating a very strong and diverse panel, with Nathalie Rigaut Victoria Lorenz Levaillant &Dany Vilela Agostinho. Special thanks to Anaïs Ballanger, Audrey MERMET & Paul Prins from and to make this all possible
