On Sunday happened our One day retreat. The themed was : How can we embrace this Fall Equinox ... Learning to find the balance and the way we can transit Into our winter element. Because yes we are in transition ...
Knowing that everything comes around, everything is a cycle and if we know them we can better approach them and not react.

Connection, laughing, chanting, Asana and meditation and of course Sound healing with the didgeridoo...🤩

I feel so bless to be surrender by beautiful people and to have been able to share a Yoga retreat in this heaven of peace. 🙏

Yoga is on the mat, outside the mat, in my beliefs, my visions and my way to share... It’s about always finding my truth in what I do.

When I connect with people on the mat I become one and unite with you all. I feel you, i hear you and I flow with you ... intuitively guided.
