If you’ve been thinking about coming to a class, take this as your little nudge.
I don’t teach Yoga as something you come & try to get right, or something where you have to keep up with what everyone else is doing in the room, because that’s usually where people disconnect from their body instead of actually listening to it.
What I want for you in class is to start paying attention to what’s really going on, to notice what your body needs on that day, in that moment, & to feel confident enough to respond to that, even if it looks completely different from the person next to you.
Because the moment you start doing that on the mat, you’ll start doing it in your life as well, & that’s where things actually shift.
That’s also why even in a group setting, you’re not treated like a group, there is always space to adjust, to slow things down, to take something out, or to go a bit deeper when it feels right for you.
✨ Pregnancy Yoga on Monday evening is really there to support you through all the changes happening in your body, while also creating space, physically & mentally, for you & your baby, so you can slow down, breathe, & feel supported without having to push or figure everything out.
🐾 And on Saturday May 2nd, we’re doing something a little different with a Breathwork & Meditation session at the Cat Palace, a quiet moment to slow down, breathe & just be, while also supporting the cats of Bonaire.
