Trying (TRYING) to show myself some kindness and respect 🙄 been making little changes to put myself first. In the morning I'll brush my teeth before theirs, if I feel like it put a bit of make up on, got my hair done, I've even got myself ready in the morning before getting them ready for the school run

This little actions have had a positive impact on my self worth and mental health 👍 I've even been feeling like a bad bitch (those moments have been fleeting, but it's a start)

Now just to MAKE time and get some kind of routine with working out/yoga/being out on my own (when it's not work) ✨ any tips would be greatly appreciated 😘

Lionesses do 90% of the hunting for their pride from dusk till dawn 🦁 they support one another and will feed any cubs within their pride. Some choose to hunt, some choose to feed and others choose to lay in the shade all day 🖤 but they are doing it together

How crazy, two sleeps and we’ll be in our home 🖤 ain’t close to being “done” but it’s ours and I’m excited to have our floor bed back and to be under the same roof as rick for more than 10 hours 👉👌

Yesterday was three years since we got married and we’ve done more in that time than I ever thought I was worthy of 🖤 I love you always Rick, thank you having for helping me learn to live with PTSD, for kissing me, for putting two babies in me, for holding my hand, for being the best dad and for making me feel more empowered than when I listen to Lizzo 💪

Just scratching my head under a waterfall wondering how hard it is to move to a country with two kids where you don’t speak the language 🤷‍♀️ Rick has been showing us around his favourite places and I’ve got to admit, I’m already looking up French lessons 🇫🇷 everyone says “bonjour”, the food is incredible and the scenery ain’t to shabby 👌
