Coffee - yes or no?
Let’s see the statics of coffee drinkers in this page 😏😅 comment, please, this post with “yes/no, +/-)
There are many opinions about coffee, its impact, culture created around it 🙈. Many of you love it, someone hates.
There are dozens of articles about coffee-our productivity connection, overall impact of caffeine on our body. Coffee shops are literally on every corner in many cities, various events, workshops, office meetings are often linked to it. Even the typical invitation for a first date is usually “coffee”.
Almost every country seem to have their own traditions of coffee drinking. For example, many Italians drink coffee more than 2 times per day, morning and lunch is must! and they feel perfect. No health problems at all. When some people experience continues tiredness after drinking it, heart issues, pressure. Well, I think it is purely individual.
Of course, having some knowledge about nutrition, I would not recommend to drink more than 1 cup per day. But my personal choice is once per week or in extreme situations when matcha 🍵 doesn’t help to wake up 😂. Basically, because I notice that when I drink it more often, a little addiction appears, also teeth, skin feel a coffee impact too. For me is more like a weekend drink, to enjoy the taste, conversation in a nice coffee shop. In contrast, many my friends and family drink coffee every day, love it and don’t even think to change.
Therefore, as I mentioned - all is individual ! Listen to your yourself, your body and you will feel great☕️
