Let’s see the statics of coffee drinkers in this page 😏😅 comment, please, this post with “yes/no, +/-)

There are many opinions about coffee, its impact, culture created around it 🙈. Many of you love it, someone hates.

There are dozens of articles about coffee-our productivity connection, overall impact of caffeine on our body. Coffee shops are literally on every corner in many cities, various events, workshops, office meetings are often linked to it. Even the typical invitation for a first date is usually “coffee”.

Almost every country seem to have their own traditions of coffee drinking. For example, many Italians drink coffee more than 2 times per day, morning and lunch is must! and they feel perfect. No health problems at all. When some people experience continues tiredness after drinking it, heart issues, pressure. Well, I think it is purely individual.

Of course, having some knowledge about nutrition, I would not recommend to drink more than 1 cup per day. But my personal choice is once per week or in extreme situations when matcha 🍵 doesn’t help to wake up 😂. Basically, because I notice that when I drink it more often, a little addiction appears, also teeth, skin feel a coffee impact too. For me is more like a weekend drink, to enjoy the taste, conversation in a nice coffee shop. In contrast, many my friends and family drink coffee every day, love it and don’t even think to change.

Therefore, as I mentioned - all is individual ! Listen to your yourself, your body and you will feel great☕️

Bretagne - wonderful region which will always stay in my heart.

Many French people say it is cold here, nothing to do, small cities. But for me it had a huge meaning.

Especially here I first had an experience to live in France. Here I had an imagination that I want to stay in this country forever. Ahh, only later I understood that it is mostly because of the people I met 🙈

Unbelievably, but leaving in Rennes I met people from my home town and town where I was born in Ukraine. I have got one of my best friends without whom I can’t even imagine how I would go trough many life situations. Such a coincidence, because living in Prague, which is full of Ukrainians, I have never have met a friend from the town of my roots🤷🏻‍♀️

I will never forget our numerous spontaneous trips during Erasmus with , exciting trips with lovely … Rennes, Dinan, Dinard, Fougères, Vannes, Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Nantes, Lanvallay and even Bordeaux 🍷

Bretagne is gorgeous, diverse: young students’ cities, small towns by the sea with villas, small villages with cute houses, sea - so beautiful and not comparable! + Hungry seagulls able to eat the whole 🥐

I cannot but mention the gastronomic side of this region: delicious salt caramel, smell of the most buttery pastry you can imagine, best seafood and Fish. I would not specify many exact places where you should try those specialities, there are truly great and fresh and are available almost on every corner. But some places with a history and inspired by my lovely friend from Bretagne are here:

- Pâtisserie chocolaterie Philippe Bouvier - considered to have the best macarons in the region, and a historical pastry shop

- CANTINE URBAINE - cosy lunch restaurant with many healthy options

- La Cour De Récré - a great burger place, but with a diverse menu of dishes for every taste 😋

Lyon Gastro tips 🍽

Many articles say that Lyon is considered to be a French gastronomic capital. Surely, having an opportunity to live there for half a year I tried to explore at least some places despite the intense study schedule 🙈
Not sure if the local people will agree with me, maybe for some other foreigners, people planning studies or internships there my info will be useful 😇

Мои гастрономические находки в Лионе 🍽

Многие говорят что Лион считается гастрономической столицей Франции.

Конечно-же, живя там на протяжении полугода, и ещё навещая этот город, я не теряла возможности разведать все больше злачных мест. Не смотря на очень плотное расписания во время моей магистратуры я все же нашла время, иначе я была бы не я 😈.

Иногда вечерами мы с одногруппниками ходили в l’amour de nuit доделывать проекты, там же мы снимали часть видео с ребятами с французских курсов. В Mowgli мне посчастливилось побывать когда я уже приезжала за дипломом, не зря там всегда все забронировано и я еле выдернула место на ланч, это того стоит !

А на рынке Жан Масе, неподалёку которого было мое общежитие, правда, можно найти все: от изысканных французских сыров, овощей и фруктов от французских фермеров, спелых и недорогих манго и авокадо от арабских продавцов 😋. Интересно было сравнить с Чехией, ведь во Франции стандарты продуктов значительно выше и то что тут фермеры забирают и перепродают, во Франции после окончания рынка просто раздают бесплатно. Многие бедные студенты или просто люди, желающие сэкономить, просто приходят под конец рынка с коробкой и забирают то что фермерам уже не нужно. Вот, честно это был единственный период в моей жизни когда я правда могла объесться авокадо 😅.

Sugar-free merengue - possible or not ?

Many of us know that a classic merengue contains 50% from sugar. It is a crucial ingredient which transforms whipped egg whites to crispy cookies or the whole cake: like “Pavlova” on the last picture 😊

How come, the dessert where sugar is the main ingredient can exist without it ?

It is possible with Malitil/Xylitol sugar replacements. I use them in the sugar-free versions of my desserts. It is a sugar alcohol, which has similar properties to sugar, is half as energetic, does not promote tooth decay, and has less effect on blood glucose 🤓.

I should say that the only disadvantage of sugar-free version is that a dessert should be eaten either immediately after baking or stored in the fridge, no home temperature. My experiment confirmed that “Pavlova cake” with Malitol becomes like a gummy candy at the room temperature. So for clients I would prefer using the bio coconut sugar or brown sugar to ensure the texture of “Pavlova cake” will be perfect.

My “Pavlova cake” variation is super light merengue (crispy outside, soft inside) with lemon curd and mascarpone cream - so delicious combination of extremely sweet and sour, fresh berries and mint on the top 😍

I love extreme flavors like 85% or even 90% bitter chocolate, citrus flavors in desserts and savory meals and drinks. When I tried this dessert (with coconut sugar), I should say it was more than I expected: light, sweet, sour, bright taste, fruit note = 💣

Classic taste but much lighter 🕊
🤍No butter, just farmer’s milk and sugar&gluten-free cookies as a base, vanilla souffle
🥭Tender mango jelly on the top
🫐 Blueberry and coconut flakes for decoration

Perfect light summer cheesecake 😋

Наверное один из моих любимых чизкейков, такая легкая и деликатная вариация классического ванильного чизкейка.

- Hикакого масла, только фермерское молоко и печенье без сахара в качестве основы
- Нежное желе из манго пюре
- Декорация: Голубика и кокосовая стружка
- Ванильное суфле без выпечки

Мммм, ну просто прекрасный летний десерт 😋

Birthday 🎂 Cakes Updated Menu 👩🏻‍🍳

Carefully listening to your feedbacks, evaluating preferences, I have finally selected the set of cakes which were the most adored by you. There are also my absolute favorites: Citrus Rosemary cake (Lectin-Free inspired by ), lemon cake, carrot cake with caramelized nuts, 😋mmm

Here we are, an updated menu, including the most diverse flavors: from mousse strawberry cake to long chocolate, citrus flavors, spicy carrot cake.

Surely, an option “create my own cake” stays in place. I am more than happy to satisfy your cravings, perhaps some apple cake your grandmother was doing and you remember just a taste and have skretches of a recipe, I am up. Then more interesting an order, than better, it creates more experience and joy to me 🥰

На основе отзывов моих клиентов, конечно же и друзей, семьи я наконец-то подготовила для вас меню лучших тортиков. Бисквитные торты отлично дополнят ваш праздник, день рождение или станут приятным подарком близкому человеку. Я постаралась подобрать самые разные вкусы: от самого насыщенного шоколадного до нежного клубничного или мятного муссового блаженства, цитрусовые вариации с лимонным курдом или козьим йогуртом 😋. И, конечно-же, я не могла не добавить классику: медовик и тирамису всегда будут доступны к заказу.

P.S. Опция «создать мой торт» остаётся доступна. Если вы очень скучаете за вкусом, например, сметанника, который ваша Бабушка так прекрасно готовила к вашему 5-летию, я буду рада приготовить его, постараться приблизиться к ее идеалу 😅. Ведь чем интереснее заказ, тем больше опыта и я получу тем интереснее мне будет его готовить 😊.

Recently, I noticed that majority of you love cheesecakes and often prefer theme to other desserts. So I am happy to share with you an updated menu with the most demanded and popular flavors 🥰

Which type of cake cream is your favorite ?

Cream cheese/ sour cream/ butter/ mascarpone/ merengue 😏?

For years the butter-cream cheese cream was my safe option which keeps a great shape and liked by everyone. Nevertheless, there is a little bit of butter inside, the privilege is cream cheese. So it perfectly moistures every type of dough.
However, recently I had a situation when I simply did not have enough butter, but luckily I had 33% cream for whipping. And here we are, same proportion, a little lighter result, even less sweetener is needed for a great taste and consistency. And in spite of many feedbacks in the social media, I can’t say that it is less stable. To it is even easier to work with, use for a decoration. It is so smooth and delicious.

Also a big plus that is can be vegan, it is not hard to find vegan heavy cream and cream cheese, but he butter can be an issue. Seee? Only pluses. Now it is my favorite 🤩 looking forward for your opinion 😌

As it happened with a new cream I discovered I also discovered that I would like to make a bit more changes, for example to be able to make it on my own kitchen. I simply feel that it is a time to move alone. No no, no arguments, I love my flatmates and I should say the last year I had probably the best ever. But, nevertheless, cakes like more space, kitchen, perfectly clean surfaces, fridge, nevertheless I don’t bake that often I still feel it will be better.
So I am actively searching, if someone ever seen a small appartement with big functional kitchen please pm me. I would be more than tankful😊

And then the babycake boom 💥 has began 😅
In two weeks 20 cupcakes for the kids birthday 🥳 of my friend.

I found adorable doing something for children and I think it is especially the niche where I can be
useful. As especially for kids we want the most natural, the most qualitative, not causing allergic reactions. Here we are - farmers ingredients and bio flours are the best match in this case.
