This case showcases the Plan – Place – Scan – Restore workflow for post extraction single tooth implants using Healfit SH and X-Base. 🦷

Starting with precise digital planning in coDiagnostiX — virtual extraction, implant positioning, Healfit selection, and guided surgery design — the workflow ensures accurate placement and predictable soft tissue shaping. Cross sectional and occlusal views confirm proper Healfit height, biologic width respect, and absence of hard tissue interference. 🎯

Following surgery, the Healfit maintains a stable emergence profile throughout healing. After intraoral scanning, the lab designs the final crown on the matching X-Base, ensuring full compatibility and preservation of the gingival contour created by the Healfit. 🧩

Two months later, the soft tissue shape remains intact, allowing seamless Healfit removal and immediate crown insertion with no tissue trauma. The result is a precise, efficient, and biologically respectful workflow from extraction to final restoration. ✅
