During our week together, we will be bringing more awareness to these habits, learning what triggers us, talk about how to change the cue for these habits, and look at techniques on how to change them.
There will also be mindset work, self-reflection, yoga classes to increase willpower and self-discipline PLUS a hypnotherapy session on the subject.
