Ready to start the new year with cracking some of those old habits of yours???

Why not join us for our free 5-Day Healthy Habits Challenge that we are giving you next week, 3rd Jan – 7th Jan, where we focus on releasing old habits and cultivate new healthy ones, to support your growth towards a happier and healthier you!?

We all have all these little habits we would like to beat, whether it is smoking, the 3pm chocolate bar, the nightly glass of wine, going to bed too late, the alarm-snoozing in the morning or even spending too much time on your phone.

Whatever it might be (and hey, some of them might not be that bad – we’re not after being perfect!), it can be healthy to try to break at least a few of them to live a more fulfilling life. The good news is that a few small changes can go a long way!

During our week together, we will be bringing more awareness to these habits, learning what triggers us, talk about how to change the cue for these habits, and look at techniques on how to change them.

There will also be mindset work, self-reflection, yoga classes to increase willpower and self-discipline PLUS a hypnotherapy session on the subject.

Kapal Bhati pranayama 🧘🏼‍♀️✨
🖇 save for later and practice every morning upon waking to increase your metabolic rate, improve your digestive tract functioning and the absorption and assimilation of nutrients.
This pranayama stimulates the abdominal organs and blood circulation, aids in weight loss and tightens the abdominal muscles.
It energizes the nervous system and rejuvenates brain cells as well as calming uplifting the mind.
Contraindications
Don’t practice this breath work if you are pregnant, just had a baby or on your period.
If you have an artificial pacemaker or stent, epilepsy, hernia, backache due to slip disc, or have recently undergone abdominal surgery.
People suffer from hypertension and heart problems should practice this breathing technique only under a yoga expert's guidance.

With the year coming to an end, let’s celebrate the woman you are. 🥳

Yes, it is always amazing to set new goals and intentions for the new year (which is part of what we are doing for our 5-Day Healthy Habits Challenge taking place 3rd-7th January) but we also want to take time to reflect on how far we have come.

🧡How hard we have worked.

🧡How much we have grown.

🧡How magnificent we are.

Take a moment tonight to write down gratitude for yourself.
🔸What have you achieved this year?
🔸What obstacles have you worked through?
🔸In which ways are you stronger than you were a year ago?
🔸What did you do that you felt scared of but did anyway?
🔸In which ways were you kind to others?
🔸In which specific moments were you 100% yourself?
🔸How did you show love?

You will quickly notice that you are doing really well, and be able to head into the New Year in a different mindset.

It is possibly to love yourself regardless of others opinions of your body and your health. ❤️❤️❤️

Only you and you only can decide if your body is beautiful. It is no else’s business to decide.

Life is too short to constantly beat ourselves up, constantly starving ourselves, constantly feeling like we’re not enough.

Celebrate where you are in life here and now, instead of worrying about where you could be.

We’ve been contacted by a few women who really wants to be part of our next challenge but feel that this is the wrong time of the year to implement some good, new changes. 🎄🧑🏼‍🎄

So, we have decided to postponed our “5-Day Healthy Habits Challenge” until the 3rd January 2022! (How made does that sound?? 😱😱 2022!!)

The world is a mad place at the moment, and more than ever, we need each other, we need connection, we need strength, we need a community. 🤝

While it is 100% up to ourselves to take the step towards making a change, once we do so, embracing something together can make a big difference.

🔁 We are all creatures of habits. 🔁

Most of us tend to wake up at the same time every day, some might stretch or go for a run, some might not. We have breakfast or not, we drink our coffee or not, we brush our teeth and head to work, following more or less the same pattern every day.

Whatever the pattern might be, there tends to always be room for improvement but making the change can be incredibly difficult. 😔

Why so?

Why are we finding it so hard to change something that really doesn’t benefits us, and possibly are stopping us from growing?

What is the best way to introduce a change?

And what techniques are there that can really help the process, that can help you go from Mrs Bad Habits to Mrs Successful Habits?!
