Spending time outside in nature can have massive impacts to our physical and mental well-being.

From Luxembourg city 🏙️ to Ardèche mountains ⛰️

A big chapter is coming to an end.

And for another chapter, it's just the beginning.

🚀 After 4.5 amazing years in Luxembourg, I've made the decision to relocate to the Ardèche in France.

This decision is to realign with what's most important.

A slow down in pace.

A connection to nature.

Surrounded by friends and family.
...

🌈 How will this impact my offerings?

With any change, these things take time.

➡️ What will stay the same:
- I will continue to teach 2 x weekly online yin classes and monthly online sound baths.

➡️ What is changing:
- I will travel to Luxembourg for in person sound healing on occasion. Stay tuned with my newsletter for upcoming dates!
- I am currently launching my yoga and sound business in Ardèche.

How do you prioritize your wellbeing in the workplace?

I'm so grateful to encounter more leaders placing an emphasis on corporate wellness and taking care of their employees.

I was humbled to offer a corporate sound bath to a leadership team looking to incorporate balance into their work lives.

They felt relaxed, calm, and grounded after the session.

Nurture your nervous system 🌻

How often do you feel stressed?

When we are stressed, we are in our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode🏃‍♀️). This can directly impact our wellbeing. It doesn't allow us to move into the parasympathetic state (rest and repair 💤) to allow us to recover and reset.

💁‍♀️Here are a few tips to help slow down your nervous system:

1. Get physical, get outdoors, walk, run, cycle, dance – Just move your body and see some .
2. Encourage your parasympathetic nervous system to kick in. Taking time to practice relaxing seriously will allow you to reset and slow down. Try yin or a sound healing treatment!
3. ! – try yoga or meditation before you go to bed. Put away electronics to encourage relaxation and promote a healthy sleeping environment.

I love this quote. It helps me reflect on how I can challenge myself and continue to face my fears.

A few years ago, I faced my fear of heights (eek!) with learning rock climbing 🧗‍♀️

I now seek opportunities to push my limits.

➡️ Doing scary things helps you grow 💪
➡️ The real magic happens outside your comfort zone ✨

💪Make a daily effort to break out of your comfort zone, let go of embarrassment, and overcome irrational fears.
💪Scare yourself meaningfully by doing things that help you become the person you want to be.

Feeling today for my 2 year milestone as a yoga teacher. I've grown personally and professionally in ways I could have never imagined.

My advice? Do what you love.

🍁How will you honour your autumn transition?🍁

Autumn is a time of year when the yang energy of summer shifts and becomes yin, leaves drop🍂 and our bodies naturally start to slow down as our energy decreases to prepare for winter.

Honouring the change in seasons allows us to sync with the natural rhythms of nature. Days are shorter and colder, our bodies require different things from a nutritional, emotional, and physical perspective so now is the ideal time to reflect, re-evaluate, and commit to daily routines and rituals.

Allow for deep rest, slow down. Why not try an essential oil bath🛀 or sound healing class🎶✨ Drink warm drinks ☕read books and go deeper within to reconnect with yourself, reflect on what you have taken in and what you need to let go of.

I invite you to journal a list of things to let go of that no longer serve you and set intentions for this beautiful season 🍁

I thought it was time to share a little bit about myself and why I'm here 💚⠀⠀
I’m Chloe! I’m from the East Coast of Canada 🇨🇦 with family roots from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 I moved to Europe 8 years ago and never looked back.⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀
I work full time as a program manager in recruiting events. 👩‍💻⠀⠀
⠀⠀
✨But my true passion? Creating space to bring people together. ⠀
⠀⠀
I’ve been teaching part time for 2 years in Luxembourg 🇱🇺 and shortly afterwards begun my journey as a sound healing practitioner. My yoga teaching style includes vinyasa and resorative yin yoga🧘‍♀️
⠀⠀
I have many dreams. I'm currently focusing on continuing to offer space for my clients to heal. I like to imagine myself living in the French countryside offering yoga and sound retreats. ⠀

One can only dream right? 🙏🏻⠀
⠀⠀⠀
But why can't this become a reality? To be completley honest. I'm terrified. Letting go of a stable job and diving straight into the deep end. It's too risky, I tell myself. I often feel I don't have what it takes. I feel like an imposter. 😰⠀

But I can't let go of this feeling. What would happen if I simply listened to my heart and followed my dreams? ⠀⠀⠀
