When you slow down, breathe, and listen —

Just breathe…
A simple reminder that your nervous system responds to the smallest moments of presence.

Here’s a gentle practice you can do anywhere:

🌿 Simple Sanctuary Breath

Inhale gently through your nose for 4

Hold softly for 2

Exhale slowly for 6

Repeat for 1–2 minutes

This slow exhale is what tells your body, “You’re safe.”

🌬 A little share… Intermittent Hypoxia & Rebirthing Breathwork

I work with different styles of breath because they each touch the body in their own way.

✨ Intermittent Hypoxia
This is a method where we intentionally lower oxygen for short periods through specific breath holds.
It’s powerful for:

increasing resilience

boosting energy

improving circulation

supporting hormonal balance

It wakes the body up — it builds strength, focus, and vitality.

✨ Rebirthing Breathwork
Rebirthing is the opposite energy.
It’s soft, circular, connected breathing that brings the subconscious to the surface.
It supports:

It melts the body open — it brings you home to yourself.

Together, they are beautifully complementary:
