As the weather changes and the days get shorter, and the evenings get longer, we start to snuggle up more, cook our favourite foods, eat them by candle light and just enjoy being in the comfort of our own homes with our loved ones, families and friends - I love cooking and baking, so my weekend is doing just that and simply enjoying life - have a magical weekend everyone and don't forget to put your clocks back

And I cannot express enough times to you all how important self-care is, it's so important to value and look after yourselves, especially when you give so much to others - the world will not end if you take an hour for yourself to read a book, go for a walk amongst the trees, meet up with a friend for coffee or go to an exercise class....do something for you!! 🙏🏻💜
