This provides the PCN (Vine House, Sheepcot Medical Centre and Abbotswood Medical Centre) the opportunity to address their own learning and development.

Online Patient Triage will be unavailable during this time and will re-open at 17:30.

The practice will be fully open again at 17:30.

Get local health advice at the Abbot’s Langley Carnival this Saturday

Vine House Health Centre, the Three Rivers Healthy Hub and Carers in Hertfordshire will be in attendance to speak to as many of you as possible at this great, local event.

The practice can give you advice on registering with the practice, and how to get in touch. We will have someone to help explain how to use the NHS App which you can use to get health information, order repeat prescriptions and view your NHS record and test results.

Carers in Hertfordshire will be there to give advice to anyone who provides care for a friend or loved one, including signposting to support services.

You can also speak to some of the team involved in the local Healthy Hub which can help you with becoming more active, looking after your mental health, quitting smoking and lots more!

Members of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) will be available to talk to about how they work in partnership with the practice and invite new members to join.

Please do come and see us on the day!
