Further to the global Crowdstrike systems outage on Friday, the IT systems are gradually coming back online.

The temporary loss of the clinical system
has caused a significant backlog of work which we will need time to work through. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work through this.

Please rest assured your health and our service to you are our top priorities.

I would like to thank all our patients for their understanding on Friday and to the entire Vine House team for their hard work, commitment and dedication to continuing to deliver as many services as possible under exceptionally challenging circumstances.

There is a National issue with the clinical system which is impacting our service to you. The supplier is working on it as a high priority.

We are using our business continuity plans so we can offer most services to you, however there may be a need to rebook for certain situations.

Further to our ongoing telephone issues, a BT engineer is onsite testing the lines. This will take approximately 20 minutes during which time our telephone lines may be down.

Shifts are:

Monday - 13:00 to 19:00 (6 hours)
Tuesday - 13:00 - 19:00 (6 hours)
Friday - 07:45 - 13:45 (6 hours)

18 hours per week, permanent

We are looking to recruit a care co-ordinator to join our friendly and forward-thinking practice.

Candidates must be able to deal with the public in a professional and approachable manner, have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work efficiently in a busy environment. Knowledge of EMIS clinical system would be an advantage.
