VINE HOUSE HEALTH CENTRE
requires a
Part-time care coordinator

This busy Doctors Surgery needs someone with a positive attitude to become a member of a team that works hard and depends on each other for its success.

The position is for 14.5 hours per week:
Monday 15:00 - 19:00
Friday 07:45 -13:00 & 13:45 - 19:00

You will also be required to cover holidays and sickness and therefore some flexibility is needed.

You need to be a team player, computer literate, able to work under pressure and have good interpersonal skills. Please note we are unable to employ patients registered with us.

The Spring 2026 COVID‑19 Booster Programme, runs from 13 April to 30 June 2026. The first clinic is on Saturday 18th April.

Who is eligible for the Spring Booster?

- Adults aged 75 and over (including anyone who turns 75 by 30 June 2026)
- Residents in older adult care homes
- Individuals aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system (as defined in The Green Book)

Invites have been sent out. Please contact the practice if you think you are eligible but haven’t received your invite yet.

We will be CLOSED TODAY Thursday 19th March 13:30 - 17:30 for Primary Care Network Training.

This provides the PCN (Vine House, Sheepcot Medical Centre and Abbotswood Medical Centre) the opportunity to address their own learning and development.

Online Patient Triage will be unavailable during this time and will re-open at 17:30.

The practice will be fully open again at 17:30.

If you have an urgent medical need during this period, please telephone the usual practice number and you will be directed to Herts Urgent Care.

For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, continue to call 999.
