This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is Take Action 💚
The Mental Health Foundation is encouraging everyone to take action for themselves, for someone else, and for all of us. Even small steps can help us feel more hopeful and less powerless.
Taking action for yourself doesn’t have to mean making huge changes. It could be:
💚 Taking a proper break
💚 Going for a walk outdoors
💚 Checking in with how you’re really feeling
💚 Setting boundaries and making time to rest
💚 Reaching out for support when you need it
Awareness is vital, but real change comes when we take action too. This week, find your one thing that supports your mental health and wellbeing.
