Today our Manager, Eve, had a wonderful morning at a community networking brunch hosted by Fairview House Care Home!

It was such a lovely event full of friendly faces, meaningful conversations, and truly heartwarming stories about the amazing people in our local community. 💚

We are so grateful to have made some great new connections, all sharing the same goal to support young & older adults across Aberdeen and help combat loneliness one friendly chat at a time. 💬

Ways to support wellbeing:

- Reach out: A simple conversation goes a long way.
- Stay connected: Encourage friends, family, or neighbours to keep in touch.
- Balance activity and rest: Gentle movement and downtime are essential.

💚 Support for staff: Our Employee Assistance Programme provides confidential help for Care Professionals.
