So full of Love and Gratitude for being part of this amazing 3 days of inspiration and transformation 🙏🏻💜🙏🏻 hosted by Sound Therapy Scotland

Although i'd done some Theatre of the Soul work with Robert Horwell (Bob) as part of Gong Master Training at Hawkwood College in 2023. This was so much more, from the introduction which was heartcentred, raw, and authentic, to the openness of the work bringing tears and laughter to most of us, laughter to all, reaching deep into our souls and connecting us through love and experiences.

Pauline and Alan put so much time and work into creating the space, and Bob delivered his teachings and sound bath so inspirationally, whilst holding the space safe for us all so beautifully.

The participants were so welcoming and friendly, genuine, beautiful souls.
I believe everyone found it as inspiring and transformational as I did. Giving us more of an insight and understanding of ourselves, as much as the folks in our lives and the world around us 🎭💕🎶💕🎭🫶 xXx

What an event!

This weekend we welcomed Robert Horwell to Scotland for an intensive ‘Theatre of the Soul’ immersion and honestly, it was everything I hoped it would be.

For three days we explored the Four Temperaments through mask work - not performance, but by putting a spotlight on the traits we carry. We met parts of ourselves that were raw, powerful, vulnerable and at times deeply emotional. But there was also so much laughter.

This was an advanced CPD for a reason.
The first two days were devoted to personal exploration, understanding how we show up for ourselves before we show up for others. On the final day we moved into 1–1 and group work, exploring the elements and how this understanding can shape and strengthen our therapeutic sound practice.

Over the 3 days the group bonded through the masks, singing, Kirtan, and through shared vulnerability and also shared joy.

- Sidney, who travelled from Houston, Texas to be with us

- Alan - the best roadie in town, without Alan this simply wouldn’t have happened

- And Bob… this was a few years in the making to bring you to Scotland. It was absolutely worth the wait.

To everyone who trusted me and came along, even when you didn’t know what to expect, I have enormous gratitude and respect to each and everyone of you.

To sum the weekend up in the words of one participant:
“If you ever get the opportunity to work with Bob or Pauline, grab it with both hands.”

So… plans are already in motion for Bob’s return to Scotland!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly can't recommend Sound Therapy Scotland Pujas highly enough, even the tiniest of details thought of and taken care of 🙏🏻 xXx

If you love gong baths, you’ll know how powerful a single session can be.

Now imagine being held in that space for eight hours. Imagine the sound continuing softly through the night.

An overnight gong immersion isn’t simply a longer session, it’s a different structure entirely.

Over fifteen gongs will be played with held awareness, creating a continuous, soothing environment that supports the nervous system as you move naturally in and out of sleep.

As the night unfolds, the body has time to settle in a way that shorter sessions simply don’t allow. There is space to drop deeper, and space to stay there.

In the morning, we wake slowly and share a full breakfast together in a private dining space within the hotel. There’s no rush. We take our time to ground, connect and leave feeling refreshed.

This is a rare opportunity to experience sound in a more sustained and immersive way.

Work at this level requires dedicated training. Each of the practitioners playing at this event is already in carefull preparation, not just the playing technique we use for this session, but how to hold the room for hours, how to support one another, and how to maintain flow and coherence so the sound remains therapeutic throughout.

Whether you are a practitioner wanting to understand what an overnight immersion feels like, or someone who simply loves gong baths and feels ready to go further, this space is open to you.

Some things are understood through explanation. This is understood through experience.

🙏🏻💜🙏🏻 feeling so Blessed, Humbled, and full of Love and Gratitude to all the beautiful souls who, even though it was the first time we'd seen sunshine 🌞 in three weeks chose to join me for an Immerse and Emerge Retreat Day yesterday to celebrate World Sound Healing 🎶 and Valentines Day 💖
Truly touched by all the beautiful feedback.
Thanks to Peterculter Parish Church for allowing me the space to deliver this incredible event, to Fionna of Kokoro Sound Therapy for joining me for the closing Gong Sound Bath, to Angela for all her hard work behind the scenes with me to make it possible, to each and every participant especially those who travelled from outwith Aberdeen, to everyone who helped tidy up, to Kirsty at Flower Vogue for the beautiful roses, which along with rose quartz hearts, and chocolates, which were very well received by participants after they bathed in Self Love, Love for Mother Earth, and Gong Love. THE SHEDDING IS COMPLETE—THE SHIFT BEGINS ✨TWO DAYS BEFORE THE AQUARIUS SOLAR ECLIPSE & THE FIRE HORSE IGNITION ✨ FEBRUARY 15, 2026

Dear friends, we are two days away from the Solar Eclipse in Aquarius and the opening of the first eclipse corridor of 2026, and you may already feel something subtle shifting within you. Not chaos. Not overwhelm. Just a quiet rearranging beneath the surface of who you thought you were. Aquarius does not storm the heart. It gently rewires the structure of identity. You may find yourself asking softer questions lately: What still feels true? What no longer fits in my new reality?

At the same time, we are completing the final wave of Snake energy, just as the Fire Horse year prepares to begin. The Snake has asked us for honesty. For shedding. For the courage to see ourselves without armor. If these past weeks felt exposing or tender, that was not a mistake. It was the skin loosening. And now, the shedding is coming to a close.

This eclipse is not here to destabilize you. It is here to refine you. Aquarius energy works quietly, reorganizing the inner blueprint so that what remains is more authentic, more aligned, more sovereign. You do not need to force change. The deeper adjustments are already happening beneath the visible layer of your life.

And as the Fire Horse approaches, movement will return. But true movement comes after integration. Fire that rises from clarity is different from fire that erupts from urgency. The next fire horse cycle will reward steadiness and clarity. It will support those who have allowed the shedding to complete gently rather than resisting it.

Where else in Scotland would you find this amount of instruments and knowledge?
This is the one of the reasons I highly recommend Sound Therapy Scotland, I did my 1st lot of gong training with REIKI DRUM & Sacred Sound Inspirations who i also highly recommend but that's in England also Gong Master Training (GMT) with Aidan P. McIntyre, Tim Byford , Yaelle Eloul Shaphir LAc ( I was truly blessed that Don Conreaux was still teaching the year I attended 🙏🏻) However the class sizes at GMT are a lot larger than with Pauline or Sarah.
So much Love n Respect for all these authentic, heart centred n extremely knowledgeable teachers 💕🎶💕 xXx
