I’m now officially on Maternity Leave ♥️

I’d like to thank all my clients, class members and everyone else at the gym for all the support and help they’ve given me over the last few months.
From helping set up classes, doing the heavy lifting and to my super star demonstrators in class, your help hasn’t gone unnoticed 🥰
I don’t have a date confirmed to return as yet, however I will post on here a few weeks before I plan to come back 💪

Now to hopefully get my feet up for a few weeks before baby makes an appearance🤩💙💙

Well done to my client Sharron who has been working hard and getting awesome results with her 1-1 Personal Training sessions.

Sharron trains with me 2x per week alongside her own training and a few classes at the gym. She has been focusing on her diet and hitting her macros and the results are certainly paying off.

I was super excited to share with you guys this transformation from my client Amy😍

Motivation Monday 💪

Big shout out to my client Ross who has just completed his 12 week online PT block and achieved an incredible 13kg loss!!!

Not only did Ross lose weight and inches, he increased his muscle mass and fell in love with the gym in the process!

“When I started this I was quite happy plodding away with a couple dumbbells in my living room, now I’m in the gym what feels like morning noon and night each week and absolutely loving it! Can’t thank you enough.”

Weeks Lean Bulk 💥💪

Massive amounts of credit to my client Steve who has just finished his 12 week online PT block.

Steve has gained a good amount of muscle whilst minimising fat gain. The pictures really speak for themselves here and you can also see postural improvements which is a win win👏

A well structured, progressive training plan combined with slowly increasing calories and a lot of dedication will get you these results. Well done Steve!

Todays appreciation post goes to my client Abbie who has just finished her block of 10x 1-1 sessions.
Abbie started making healthier choices at the start of the year and got in touch with me to help her further. We got her confidence back for the gym and nutrition nailed.
We did a mix of weight training and circuit style training
Abbie now feels confident to carry on her journey using the knowledge she has gained the past few weeks.

Awesome work by my client Tricia who has just finished her block of 10 1-1 sessions PT.
Tricia has lost over a stone in weight and lost most inches from her waist and hips 👏

Tricia decided to get a block as she had lost her motivation for the gym and fell into old habits of unhealthy eating. Fast forward 10 weeks and what a difference.

I think you can agree Tricia has done incredible! Hard work goes a long way 👏

💥NEW LOCATION 💥 Power hour bootcamp starts this Friday!!
18:00-19:00 at Banks O Dee Outdoor Functional Area.

We decided this location would be better as there is floodlighting, music and we have access to some equipment 🙌

I will share a video later on today explaining exactly where bootcamp will be held!

Choc chip protein pancake 🥞

This one is a must try😍😍 The closest to an American style pancake taste wise and 20g protein per pancake!

Makes 2 large pancakes.

Ingredients:
1 egg
60g oats
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 scoop protein powder (any flavour)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Splash of any kind of milk
30g choc chips

Method:
Blitz all ingredients except choc chips in a blender until batter formed

Spray pan with 1kcal cooking spray. Cook pancake over a low heat until bubbles form. Add choc chips then flip (good luck)

Enjoy with any topping, it’s pancake day afterall 😋😋

Karen has worked extremely hard the past 12 weeks and just look how amazing her results are!
5kg weight loss and body fat reduction.

Karen showed up every week to her PT sessions, stuck to her diet and took part in gym classes for an extra push. It’s not easy but it sure is well worth it!
