💜 New Beginnings 💜

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately but have still been soundbathing and Reiki- ing in the background.

I’m also super happy to announce that I started a part time position with local charity AberNecessities last month too.

They are a great team to be a part of and I’ve jumped straight in and got to work as they are in their busiest period with their “Believe in Magic” Christmas campaign well underway alongside the increase in regular applications as we approach the winter period.

Sometimes surprises come in all shapes and sizes and when I was asked to join the team I knew it was the right next step for me.

What does that mean for Down2earth?

I’m slowing down for the winter with 1 more soundbath at Forsyth Hall at the end of the month.

I’m super grateful for my regular clients who have been with me since the beginning and continue to book in that regular Reiki slot🫶

Reiki is still a big part of my life where I sprinkle a little Reiki magic throughout my regular days and I have some exciting ideas for 2026 but for now I’m getting my Santa hat on and focusing on this new role 🧑‍🎄

This isn’t goodbye it’s just a wee update from me.

Last night was my final soundbath in Newburgh for 2025 and thank you to those of you that came along.

Cosy vibes in Newburgh Hall last night 🧡

It was so lovely to see some new faces and introduce some of you to a soundbath for the first time.

I also had a childhood friend come along who I hadn’t seen for a while which made me very happy to share this experience with her.

I created a wee class for a friend as part of my Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher training with Susi McWilliam Spirit and Soul and it’s one of the first times where I’ve taken my teachings from the course so far and things seems to have “clicked”.

I can see myself holding a wee class like this in the future and my friend shared the most kindest words afterwards (I’ll pay her later 😉).

“Jenni created a safe sacred space and my experience today was much needed and appreciated.

Jenni has a wonderful calming voice and the session flowed in a natural way.

I feel capable, positive, rested and recharged after the session.”

The closing ceremony for the course is this Tuesday and from someone who has struggled to use their voice in the past I feel grateful to have found it, in my own creative way 🙏🏻

“What can you “conker” this Autumn?”

Words I heard on my morning walk today.

Autumn is a time of letting go and slowing down but also gathering that final harvest as we approach winter.

Looking back at this year personally there has been major shifts in my life and within myself.

I’m reaping the rewards of my new home and the community I have on my doorstep 🧡

Just as the leaves change so do we, when we align with natures natural rhythm magic does really begin to happen.

I have a couple of events in the diary for autumn/ winter which I feel really excited about.

I have built up a wee business which fills me with passion but also provides that human connection that we all need.

Just like the conker, things take time to grow, to ripen and to fall into place.

But when they do, it’s always perfect timing 🍁

Newburgh soundbath tonight is cancelled due to the weather conditions as don’t want you guys out on the road if you don’t have to be 🧡

I’ve managed to reschedule the hall for next Friday 10th.

Tonight’s session can either be transferred over to Friday 10th October or Friday 7th November.

Will send out an email to those of you that are booked on.
