Newburgh soundbath tonight is cancelled due to the weather conditions as don’t want you guys out on the road if you don’t have to be 🧡

I’ve managed to reschedule the hall for next Friday 10th.

Tonight’s session can either be transferred over to Friday 10th October or Friday 7th November.

Will send out an email to those of you that are booked on.

Enjoy a cosy night in 🫶

Looking forward to this Fridays soundbath at Forsyth Hall Belhelvie ✨

The season sure has changed since our last session there in August 🍁

I got some more lighting and candles to get the cosy vibes going ✨🕯️✨

This one is fully booked and the October date will be open to book on Friday evening.

Today I held a Reiki day at AberNecessities with some really inspiring women (and bump 💕🤰)

Abernecessities provide disadvantaged families in the Aberdeen city and shire with the essential and basic necessities that no child should go without.

Today brought back memories and when I received a delivery from them when Hope was 4 months old and we found ourselves in financial hardship.

I remember the relief and tears it brought knowing that that month we would be ok until I got myself on my feet.

Most of all I remember the dressing gown that was included for me. I didn’t want for anything but it was a surprise of warmth and comfort which I still wear to this day 💕

Every time I visit there is always another project, more demand and a Christmas appeal on the way.

It brought me so much joy sharing Reiki with them today, looking at both how the charity and I had grown.

Thank you Newburgh Hall 🙏🏻

Such a lovely group of ladies that joined me tonight for my first one in this beautiful hall.

I was a little nervous on the lead up, going somewhere new with lots of new faces booked on….. Then as soon as everyone started to arrive it felt like home 🏡

The sun began to set, as darkness and stillness filled the room with the glow of the candles I felt so at peace as I played.

The summer has been fun but it’s definitely getting into soundbath season that’s for sure 🍁🍂🧡
