The guys at Forsyth hall do such a great job of heating the hall before our arrival but if you are a cold fish then this is your sign to bring along your hot water bottle and cosy up 🧡

Good morning 🧡

I took a walk to Forsyth Hall this morning and it was so lovely to see the space and surroundings in the light ✨

I know from our last soundbath here that some of you travel from a bit further a field and the sign for the hall can be difficult to see in the dark.

It’s located behind the church and the overflow car park has its floodlights on before the class. So yeah, follow the light….

I’m not the greatest at directions and struggle knowing my right from my left so I hope this helps.

It’s a wee hidden gem of a space just a 3 minute drive from Balmedie.

There’s also other classes held here. Pilates, yoga, fitness, baby and toddler to name a few.

It’s just a lovely peaceful vibe up here. I love it.

I’ve woken up to some lovely messages and reviews from our first soundbath of 2026 at Forsyth Hall.

Thank you so much! I really love creating this wee space for us to come and reset.

I was literally in my element…..

A room filled with community as the elements from Mother Nature played too.

The wind and rain can sometimes dampen our spirits but during a soundbath it creates the perfect environment to find stillness and connect back to ourselves 🙏🏻

Hello👋 is there anyone still here?

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, New Year & snow fun ☃️

I haven’t been very active on this page…. Let’s just say it was in hibernation mode.

I’ve really enjoyed the slow start to the year and having the time to just be 🙏🏻

I am now a qualified Pilates instructor!

⭐️Pilates is movement designed to improve core muscle engagement, improving posture and mobility using a series of gentle movements.
⭐️Classes will be designed for real bodies, not perfect ones and no experience or base fitness level required to start.

I will be offering two classes, booking is essential.
The regular classes start on January the 8th and 9th, although I will be offering two taster sessions on 5th and 12th December.

Final soundbath of the year at Forsyth hall this Friday 💛

Sounds strange even saying that…. This year has passed so quickly for me.

All spaces have been taken for this one but for any reason you can’t make it please let me know and I can try and get the space passed on to someone else.
