Can i ask when you are contacting for voucher refunds you attach the voucher number. As i do have a list but the name for the person that has bought the voucher is against that number and if it has been gifted it will be different. Sorry for this. But it will be easier for me to process. Thanks agin for your understanding.

Good morning. Sorry to have to update, but the salon will have to remain shut for some time yet. Their is no time scale as to when it will reopen. So at donnas request every1 that has bought vouchers or received a voucher please get in touch and we will issue a full refund. Thanks for your understanding at this time. Also Donna has asked if you can all keep messages to a minimum as it is quite overwhelming the amount of messages she is receiving, donna also knows you are just concerned. If you need to reach me. An Important Update Regarding Donna & Appointments

Hi folks, it’s Bob here, Donna’s husband.

I'm writing with a difficult but important update. Donna has unfortunately been very unwell over the festivities and, as a result, she won't be able to return to work on January 8th as expected. Her recovery is our top priority right now.

We truly appreciate your understanding during this time. I would be very grateful if you could all hold off contacting her for now about appointments and vouchers. When she is feeling well enough, she will be in touch personally to reschedule everything.

For anyone who has a voucher booked in and doesn't wish to wait, please know that we are absolutely happy to reimburse you.

I will do my very best to contact everyone directly, but I'm hoping that most of you will see this message. If you have any questions or enquiries regarding reimbursements, please feel free to contact me directly on this page, and I will do my utmost to help.

As another busy Christmas period draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your incredible support throughout 2025. Your enthusiasm for the new treatments we introduced, and the warm welcome extended to our many new clients, truly means the world to us. It's an honour and a privilege that you continue to choose and trust us to provide your treatments and moments of relaxation.

We've been so touched by all the thoughtful cards, beautiful flowers, and generous gifts – truly feeling loved and incredibly blessed by each and every one of you.

This year, for many, myself included, Christmas has brought with it a mix of emotions. While I usually embrace the festive excitement, my heart has felt a little heavy this season, and my usual Christmas sparkle was a little dimmer. I know there are many 'sore hearts' out there, and please know that you are very much in my thoughts ❤️

Looking ahead, we're filled with hope and excitement for what 2026 will bring. Wishing you all a New Year abundant with health, love, and happiness.
