✴️ What is a lymphatic drainage massage?(Also known as MLD massage)✴️

An MLD massage is an extremely gentle, relaxing superficial skin massage. It helps to stimulate the lymph nodes which are located just below the skin surface

🔹️Effective for treating lymphoedema and managing fluid congestion/retention
🔹️Can help with stress reduction and relaxation, leading to better sleep
