Here is the weekly schedule, plus details on our exciting Monthly Unwinds.
🙃 FeetUp Trainer Sessions (Hatha yoga)
Join us on Wednesday mornings. We use the FeetUp Trainer for the entire class, utilising it as a stable support for hands, feet, or your back. While we may explore inversions for a brief 5-10 minutes (it's always optional), the trainer's main role is to enhance poses, allowing you to safely enjoy deeper stretches and modifications. This practice helps relieve tension in the neck and shoulders, encourages lymphatic flow, and increases energy to start your day strong.
🧘♀️Restorative Yoga & Tea (Friday Night)
This deeply supportive practice is pure bliss. Using props, we hold gentle poses to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging profound stress release and a complete mind-body reset. Unwind your week and head into the weekend feeling completely rejuvenated.
☁️ Aerial Yoga Benefits (Saturday Morning) 🙃
Float, fly, and find a new perspective in our silk hammocks! Aerial Yoga is fantastic for gently decompressing the spine, building core strength, and improving overall flexibility and balance in a playful, supportive environment. It's a fun and refreshing way to start your weekend.
🙃 Monthly Unwinds: Special Events 🙃
• Sunday 19th - Floating Shavasana: Experience deep, weightless relaxation. LIMITED SPACES are available for this unique, ultra-calming practice at 4pm and 5pm.
• Sunday 26th - Restorative Yoga with Thai Yoga Massage Therapy: Combine deeply supportive yoga with hands-on therapeutic assistance for maximum tension release.
