Soothing session in the magical eco space of Stiwdio Felin Fach. You can rest and de-stress. Just bring your mat and a blanket for comfort.
Mel specialises in restorative yin yoga. She's a massage therapist as well, bringing all these healing qualities to her teaching. Restorative yoga encourages us to hold simple poses so our fascia can deeply release.
Heth is a yogi, musician & therapist. There's a gentle sound to accompany the session with beautiful instruments and voice.
