I’ve been so busy over the past few weeks I’ve neglected my social media, but I just want to give the biggest heartfelt ‘Thank You’ to the funeral directors who have entrusted me to work with their families to help them say goodbye to their loved ones.
I say it at every service I conduct and I really do mean it - it’s an honour and a privilege to do this job.
We are very lucky here in North Wales to have such wonderful funeral directors, chapel attendants and crematorium staff and I’m sure they feel the same way about their role as I do about mine. I put my heart and soul into it.
Loss is never easy, but if we can ease the journey it takes us on, then we should try, wherever we can 🥰

We did it! Thank you so much to everyone who has donated, there’s still time if you’ve not! It was a fab event, well done to everyone who took part and to Gwrych Castle for hosting it. There must have been so much money raised for St Kentigern Hospice 😍😍😍 Here’s some ‘before’ and ‘after’ shots for evidence 😂 Happy Birthday Lois!

On a visit to Colwyn Bay crematorium a couple of weeks ago I decided to pop in here to get a snack. The setting is gorgeous, the food and drinks were lovely and the service was fabulous! Really good value for money and the nursery area and shop had some really interesting items for sale. I will be back for sure 😍

I had the privilege of creating and conducting an internment of ashes service for a dear family friend today. The sun was shining and it was a service that was as lovely as she was.
Saying the last goodbye is never easy, but when you have a service that is unique and reflects the person and who they were, it really does make it that little bit easier 🕊️🕊️
My thoughts are with anyone who is saying a goodbye today, but remember, if you have loved them, they will never really leave you 💞

Dying Matters Awareness Week (May 5-11) brings attention to the various resources that are available to assist individuals who are grieving in a variety of circumstances. Celebrants possess a unique opportunity to disseminate information about the available support systems, with an extensive array of resources found on the Hospice UK website.

Welcome to my page introducing myself as an Independent Funeral Celebrant. I am fully trained and accredited through ‘The Academy of Professional Celebrants’. I see it as an honour and a privilege to be able to help create beautiful funeral services that will acknowledge and celebrate the life of the person who has passed away.
I can help guide loved ones through the process of crafting a funeral service that will reflect the wishes of the deceased, and the wishes of loved ones left behind. I will embrace beliefs and traditions including religious aspects such as prayer or readings if needed. Above all, I will create a bespoke and personalised service for every individual.
