When you come for Lymphatic with me, I work in tune with your body and needs. Using my hands in a rhythmic movement, I pump and shift the Lymphatic Fluid. I'm also fully trained in Abdominal Massage so when working on your stomach area you're in safe hands ✨🌿

When we work with the Lymphatic System we also work with our nervous system. Softening and soothing.

After a lovely little afternoon out with the staff from Speyside Spa & Beauty I'm getting ready to head off to Portugal tomorrow ☀️ helping out again this year at my friends Yoga Retreat but also providing massage for the guests 🌿

Cannot wait to spend a week immersed in Yogi Oils and sunshine
