🌟8 week program which includes 16 face to face personal training sessions at my private members only gym located at Glan yr Afon Industrial Estate, all training sessions are private we have a separate training room in the gym that is used for one to one sessions. All programs include fitness testing, measurements, goal setting, nutrition advice, personalised gym and home workout programs. Also included is free unlimited use of the gym whilst signed up to a program also there are options for gym only memberships once you have completed a program.

☀️who really wants to be inside when the weather is as amazing as this week ☀️

Light exercise outside can be a great way to train, boost mood and enjoy the outdoors too.

Simple workouts like the workout below are ideal .

Equipment need to light dumbbells between 2kg to 7.5kg possibly heavier for more advanced.

Repeat each circuit between 3 to 5 times . 💪

Drinking enough water can genuinely help with weight loss and overall health, especially alongside regular movement and a calorie deficit. Some of the main benefits are:

* Helps control appetite – thirst is often mistaken for hunger, so staying hydrated can reduce unnecessary snacking.
* Can help you feel fuller – drinking water before meals may help you eat slightly less.
* Supports metabolism – hydration helps your body efficiently burn energy and process food.
* Improves exercise performance – even mild dehydration can make workouts feel harder and reduce energy.
* Reduces water retention and bloating – ironically, drinking more water can help your body hold less excess fluid.
* Supports digestion – helps prevent constipation and keeps digestion moving properly.
* Better recovery – muscles recover better when hydrated, especially after gym sessions or cardio.
* May reduce liquid calories – swapping fizzy drinks, juice, or sugary coffees for water can massively cut calories without changing food intake.
* Improves energy and focus – dehydration can make you feel tired, sluggish, and crave quick sugary foods.

A realistic target for most people is around:

* 2–3 litres per day
* More if you train hard, sweat a lot, drink caffeine/alcohol, or it’s hot weather.

Easy ways to drink more:
