🏋️‍♀️I offer personal training that is very different to most personal trainers.

I have been a self employed personal trainer for over 10 years starting by training people in their own homes then moving on to training at a home gym.

Over the last few years I realised that many of my clients struggled with the thought of using public gyms for many reasons
🔸 low confidence
🔸Anxiety
🔸the atmosphere
🔸worrying they are not as good as others
🔸too many people
🔸feeling self conscious
🔸feeling judged

There are so many reasons.

I decided I wanted to change this, so in 2022 I opened Saf Gannon Personal Training Centre based in Aberystwyth.

🏋️‍♀️The training centre offers clients the option to train in private in a separate personal training room within the gym.

This allows clients to build their confidence, not have to worry about other people and focus on them selves and their own fitness goals. Eventually getting to a point where they can move into the main gym within the training centre.

🏋️‍♀️My aim is to provide a friendly and safe feeling environment to help clients progress and not have the overwhelming feelings that they may have in other public gyms. 🏋️‍♀️

If clients don’t have all these other worries they are more likely to succeed with their fitness goals and also feel confident and structured with their training.
