The last Junior Herbalist Club at Y Plas Machynlleth. Well done everyone who graduated with certificates and badges. We made plantain Balms and herb creatures.

The last Junior Herbalist Club meet up the summer at Denmark Farm Conservation Centre. Making Balms with plantain and a peppermint hydrosol. We will be beginning a new club in September.

Junior Herbalist Club met up last Saturday at Y Plas Machynlleth. We learned how the Elder tree can help us and made a fragrant cordial with the first year Club The children were creative with elder wood.
We discussed the healing benefits of Rosemary with the second year Club and made an uplifting spray.

Junior Herbalist Club met up at Denmark Farm Conservation Centre last Saturday. We dodged the rain to go on a woodland walk to meet the elder trees. We gathered wood to make rustic jewellery while learning how elder helps us. We made a cordial to take home as well. The second year group made a fragrant spray to energise and uplift the spirits.

The May sessions of Junior Herbalist Club met up at Denmark Farm Conservation Centre and Y Plas. The weather was glorious and we harvested nettles and cleavers to make nourishing herbal potions in the first year clubs. The second year clubs gathered daisies to make a healing salves.

Junior Herbalist Club met up at Y Plas Machynlleth on Saturday. The level one club learned how to make herbal oils and we made soothing balms with chickweed oil.
The level two club explored the way dandelion can help us and made lotion flowers with oil infused with dandelion flowers.

Junior Herbalist Club met up at Denmark Farm Conservation Centre on a beautiful spring day. We learned about infusing herbs in oil to use in soothing balms and lotion bars. The first year club made balms with chickweed and the second year club made lotion flowers with dandelion flowers.
