Every single day I’m seeing people on social media…young, fit, “healthy” dropping dead at 35, 40, 45 from heart attacks.
This is NOT normal.
This is NOT unlucky.
This is NOT “random.”
And do you know what most of them have in common?
👉 An Omega-3 Index sitting in the danger zone… 2%, 3%, 4%.
You might think that’s nothing.
Google clearly says otherwise.

Type this into Google:
“I have an Omega3 Index of 2%, how is this impacting my heart long term, then change it to brain, gut, skin, anything you can think of”
What pops up?
🔹 “Risk of sudden cardiac death”
🔹 “Poor brain health and cognitive decline”
🔹 “Premature skin ageing”
🔹 “Dry compromised skin”
🔹 “Gut imbalance”
🔹 “Cell function issues”
🔹 “Highest-risk zone for heart disease”
🔹 “Severe deficiency”
THIS IS NOT ME SAYING IT.
THIS IS GOOGLE.
This is published science.
This is what YOUR body is showing you long before anything happens.
Your Omega3 Index is NOT a cute number.
It is NOT just about skin.
It is NOT “another supplement thing.”
It is a biomarker of your future health trajectory.
A warning light.
A siren.
A “sort this NOW” message.
🟥 2% is a crisis.
đźź§ 4% is high-risk.
🟩 8–12% is protective.
(Again… Google it.)
And before someone says:
“But I eat salmon.”
“But I take fish oil from the supermarket.”
“But I’m healthy.”
Your BLOOD says otherwise.
If you’ve never tested your Omega3 Index, you are flying blind.
