On the 22nd November in Abingdon, Dr Donald Francis and team manager Laurie will be teaching The LUMINNATE Success Formula—a full day focused on strengthening how you and your team work, lead, and support your community.

Across eight hours, you’ll explore practical success principles, how to build a strong and connected team, approaches to care planning, and how to create a culture that supports long-term growth. The aim is simple: clearer systems, clearer purpose, and more confidence in how you run your practice.

Results Align Chiropractic is a family chiropractic centre which was established 5 years ago.

The centre is 10 minutes from beautiful oxford in a town called Abingdon. Abingdon has great links to Oxford and is a 30 minute train journey to London from the local train station.

Abingdon is one of the oldest towns in England with great history. We are a wellness based clinic which educates clients in the power of chiropractic and the majority of our clients stay with us for wellness care.

Benefits

✅ First year of GCC fees paid

✅ Welcome new grads or those with experience
33 hours per week, great work life balance

✅Client base typically includes general population, pregnancy, and pediatric clients (no need to feel confident with these as training is provided)

✅Clients who ‘get’ chiropractic

✅1:1 coaching provided

✅Weekly group training with other Chiropractors. We regularly host our own events

✅Gym membership

✅Access to all events and courses that we host

✅More opportunities within the business as it grows

✅Open to all techniques but predominantly diversified. If you are McTimoney we can teach you diversified adjusting.
