Your guides are so important, they are there from the day you are born until they day you die, you ask them for help, they will always do there best to help you, and always thank them . They are amazing .
I did a reading for a very beautiful soul the other day , we asked to see her guides and first of all this very beautiful elf lady with a long green dress on , and long red hair came through, her elegance and energy was overwhelming, everything about her was beautiful. A very strong and powerful stag was standing there too, then her Viking warrior turned up, wow the energy was amazing . And to have guides like this, means this lady is very special, she got this picture done and its exactly the image I had in my mind.i just love this picture .

Sleep paralysis is when you wake up in the night and you cant move, your body is asleep but your mind is awake, its like your a super psychic medium, you can now hear and see into the spirit world but you just cant move your body, it can be very scary and most people just try and wake up, this is the first steps of out of body experiences, if you can just relax you can force yourself up and out of body, and see yourself lying in your bed, iv done this so many times and what an amazing experience it is , you literally only have 5 mins before your rocketed back into your body, I talk alot of these experiences in my book.
Has anyone else had any experiences of this ? 👻👽

So as i went to investigate the house with the orbs last night and not knowing what to expect, well what a wow, first thing I came across was a very energetic old man from the 1930 dressed in this very nice grey suit with a hat on, he had a big smile on his face, then a really nice lady called Helen from the 70s just sat reading, in the kitchen there were 2 very different antique weighscales , one belonging to an old man from a sweet shop, he had a long brown topcoat on and the other to an old lady who used to bake plus quite a few spirit children around , so in total about 7 ghosts all with very happy energies, there were 2 very old cabinets roughly 4 to 5 hundred years old, the energy that came from one of these was amazing, very powerful, they say everything has a soul and this just made me think , did this cabinet have a soul it felt like it did, overall what an amazing house reading

Orbs are the first manifestation of a ghost, so if you catch them on your phone or cctv cameras its nice to look into them, im just going to investigate a home where there are lots of antiques and ghostly goings on, sometimes the spirits dont want to let go of there belongings, so they stay with it, there could be negative ghosts or happy ghost, i will see when I get there, hopefully ill be back to tell the story 🤣🤣 👻👻👻
