Why is it starting to look like Autumn when we are still in August?
With summers becoming hotter with less rainfall we all need to adapt to a changing climate and Trees are no different.
Trees are among the oldest living things on this planet and also the most adaptable. Early Autumn is one adaptation we are seeing now. Trees are starting to shed their leaves to ensure that they have enough water and energy to help them survive the winter.
Trees will communicate with each other to ensure the surrounding trees know the plan.
How clever is that! 🦊🌲

Did you know humans can see more shades of green than most other animals due to our evolution advantage and need to detect foliage to hunt for edible plants. Early humans who could see more shades of green had a better survival rate. Thankfully we have kept this trait so we can see just how beautiful this planet actually is and why we find the colour green so soothing. 🦊🌲❤️

Lovely feedback from everyone along with some 5 Star google reviews. All participants made improvements in their wellbeing with feeling connected, calm as they had ever been, and a reduction in worries recorded.

Barefoot walking
Did you know that shoes have been called one of the most dangerous inventions of mankind?
Why?
Wearing shoes especially with rubber soles not only disconnects us from the earth but it impacts on our health.
Earthing or Grounding by being barefoot in nature connects us to the earths powerful healing electrons. These electrons act like an antioxidant and helps our bodies neutralise free radicals. The result is it reduces inflammation, stress, aging, balances energy and improves overall health.
Barefoot walking also improves circulation, strengthens foot muscles, improves balance and posture, calms the mind by enhancing mindfulness and boosts your immune system by exposing your skin to the microbes in the soil.
Wow!! All this from taking your shoes off!!
So next time you sit in the garden, take those shoes and socks off and sit with both feet on the grass for 20 mins, improve your health by literally just sitting there.
Better still join me in one of my sessions and I’ll show you how to barefoot walk safely in a glorious forest. 🦶 🌲 🦊
