✨The evening will consist of a Yin Yoga session to target the tight, deeper connective tissues within our bodies followed by Yoga Nidra which is an ancient and ta***ic practice to consciously relax the mind,body and soul. Scientific research noted that a 30 minute yoga nidra practice can give the benefits of a two hour sleep and help us to transform us at subconscious and unconscious levels to bring more positivity to our lives. It is often referred to as ‘psychic sleep’
