They’re back! 🙌 Free From mince pies have officially landed in for the festive season, spotted thanks to post a few days ago.

I can confirm they’ve made it to Scottish stores too (even without the trial Free From range) — picked mine up in Coatbridge Aldi.

Who’s excited for a gluten free and milk free mince pie this Christmas? 🥧

I don’t eat them often, but there’s something special about having one while putting the tree up, Christmas songs on, and a glass of mulled wine in hand 🎄🍷

OAF Gluten Free have absolutely nailed it! 🥖

Their new Gluten Free Cheese & Herb Sub Rolls are a winner! They are soft, tasty and perfect for a homemade Subway-style roll. I filled mine with Tesco chicken goujons and cheese and sweet chilli sauce, then grilled it in the air fryer… it was brilliant. Honestly, the sub was as good as the real thing.

I’ve tried a few from the new OAF range now — the tandoori squares, garlicky squares and new white loaf — and they’re smashing it. Every product so far has been top notch.👍

I'm pretty comfortable with the gluten free diet after nearly 10 years of having coeliac disease, but there's some old favourites that I would love to see a gluten free version of! These may not be the healthiest but the option would be nice!

C'mon .uk , , and " MAKE IT GLUTEN FREE"! 🙏🥺

What would you love to see a gluten free version?

One of the greatest joys when you’ve got coeliac disease 😌🙌

That moment you walk into a restaurant and know they’ve got a separate fryer for gluten free, unbeatable!

Just a reminder though: even if a venue says they have “gluten free” options, it doesn’t always mean it’s coeliac safe. Always check about shared fryers and cross-contamination before ordering 👍

Spotted these Free From Box of Frogs in at the weekend! 🎃🐸

I picked them up for our Halloween party for my dairy free daughter (and me, obviously ).

She loved them and I loved that she could enjoy a fun, Halloween themed treat without feeling left out🧡

It’s not happened to me in a while, but I’ve definitely been there 😬🤢

For anyone new to coeliac disease, ‘glutened’ means accidentally eating gluten, sometimes through cross contamination or when something unexpected slips through - often due to labelling.

Even as someone who’s been gluten free for nearly 10 years, I’ve still been caught out. Mistakes can happen, and it doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it’s part of learning to live with coeliac disease.

If you’ve been through it, what helps you feel better afterwards? Share your tips in the comments — they might really help someone who’s new to it. 🧡
