About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Assisting with daily living activities
✔ Provide essential care and support within a client’s home.
Tasks include personal care, food preparation, and companionship.
✔ Encouraging independence and promoting well-being
✔ Working closely with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Driven and motivated individuals with a caring nature
✅ A person-centred approach to support
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Previous experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided!
✅ Full UK Driving License
