From 1st May, all online bookings will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
I really didn’t want to introduce this, but the number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations has been increasing. Not only does this impact my income, it also means appointment times are being taken away from clients who genuinely need them.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. As per my policy, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
