Happy New Years Eve 🥳 Hope everyone’s enjoyed the Christmas break. That being said I appreciate it can also be a difficult time for many ❤️❤️
I’ve been so quiet on here over the last few months and I’ve been keeping a bit of a secret under my baggy work clothes 👶🏼 We have a little one on the way due June time. So maternity is potentially going to start from end of May, however knowing me I’ll be working until I pop so more information will be provided on actual maternity dates a little closer to the time❤️
I’ve had a longer than expected social media break purely because theres been so much going on both personally and professionally, I just needed one less thing on my to do list. Not to mention I’ve felt like a dead cat since September as pregnancy symptoms hit me hard 🤢 So my main focus has been rest and self-care.
A few things will be changes in clinic over the next few weeks so I’ll update you shortly on that side ❤️

Please remember maternity will be anytime from end of May so please allow yourself enough time for therapy if considering with me ☺️

DID YOU KNOW that the average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day? No wonder we feel overwhelmed and overstimulated 😅 Many of these thoughts are around general day to day functioning and decision making. We all perceive and interpret the world in different ways through different styles of thinking, some styles being unhelpful.

1️⃣ Make an enquiry either by filling out the contact form on my website in bio, send me an email, DM, or text.
2️⃣ I will make contact to arrange a consultation call to discuss your needs and explore how I can help. This also gives your opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
3️⃣ If you’re happy to go ahead, we will book a date together. All you need to do is show up.
Face to face sessions take place in my Alderley Edge clinic. If you would prefer online sessions, these can be done via teams.

Ever wondered why you hold certain beliefs ? or ever wondered why you see yourself in a particular way? It’s down to the conditioning you’ve received through your life experiences, your environments and the treatment you’ve received from others. All of these things combined teach the brain to view yourself and the world around you in a particular way. The beliefs we interpret due to the conditioning we receive aren’t always accurate and so it’s good to challenge them and explore your own values, morals and beliefs about yourself and the world around you to ensure you’re living as your true authentic self.
Without the negative conditioning, who might you be? How would you view yourself? How would you feel about yourself? Where would you thrive? What would your life look like?
