Try it: 0–2 min breathe (no audio) → 3–12 min pink/brown noise (whisper-low) → 13–18 min soft ambient or bowls → cool-down with rain/ocean while you hydrate. Keep volume low; let the heat lead, sound support.

Start small: 30–60s cool water, breathe easy, re-warm with light movement, then finish with ginger-chilli tea or a mildly spiced meal. Repeat 2–3×/week. You’re training consistency, not bravado.

Why it works (in practice): brief cold can boost post-session alertness; a touch of spice adds a cosy finish some people find satisfying. Keep doses gentle, listen to your body, and skip sessions if you feel unwell.
