Genetic Potential I have coached, trained and assisted in the rehabilitation of injured service personnel over a 6 year period.

I am a qualified BTEC Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist and Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist with an additional 13 years experience as a Physical Training Instructor within the military. I am extremely passionate about movement quality and love to help people realise their genetic potential
